ABOUT US
Bothwell Golf Club is based at Ratho Farm Golf Links, Bothwell, in the Central Highlands of Tasmania. We are about 65 km from Hobart, 80 km from Hobart International Airport, and 165 km from Launceston. Driving north from Bothwell Village, you will find Ratho Farm Golf Links on your right as you cross the bridge over Clyde River and head up Highland Lakes Road. The first turn-off after crossing the bridge leads to the old Ratho Farm homestead and cottages, which are being converted to become the place to go when visiting Ratho Farm Golf Links. That's where you book your rounds of golf, and that's where you pay your Green Fees ($40.00 for 18 holes/$25.00 for 9 holes). Bothwell Golf Club's home, our club house, is found on the second turn-off about 200m after you cross Clyde River. That's where you have to go if you are visiting Bothwell Golf Club, or playing in any of our tournaments. The club house is licensed, has a small selection of golf merchandise, and is open before, during and after our major competitions. It is also open before and after our weekly Saturday (10 am) competitions, as well as our Chicken Runs on Wednesday nights in the summer.
